Inflation/Deflation Height Testing Equipment

Key Operation Instructions:
1.Inflation Mode
1.1 Manually scan the barcode, position the product manually, press the start button, and the equipment inflates. Record the stop height.
1.2 Output the product and manually remove it.
2.Deflation Mode
2.1 Manually scan the barcode and start the equipment. The equipment retrieves the last recorded stop height of the current product.
2.2 Apply a load to the airbag, read the current height, compare it with the previous stop height, and determine OK/NG. (Current height / Stop height = Δ%)
2.3 Zero reference setting: When no product is present, the load rests on the fixture and the sensor is reset to zero.
3.Manually unload the product.
